The beauty of being a part of A Magazine is the opportunity to be a part of something bigger: a magazine that strives to speak to our generation and spark our interest. Within a few weeks of being part of A Magazine, a growing sense of belonging takes place — something that I personally experienced in my first weeks as a web writer when I was a bright-eyed freshman. A Magazine isn’t just another student media organization on campus, it has a way of becoming a part of your identity. For me, I feel like I walk around with A Magazine tattooed on my body, a representation of my appreciation for our staff’s hard work and unwavering creativity.

Our goal is to showcase the beauty, originality and talent of Kent State’s students, and we hope you see yourself represented within our work.

We are Kent State’s student voice on fashion, beauty and culture. We are your cool older sister you can turn to for advice, authenticity and acceptance. We are A Magazine, and we’ll be right there with you whenever you need us.

We want you to love the skin you’re in – especially when it’s tatted for A Mag.
