2023 concert comeback: a timeline of tours you don’t want to miss this year
From belting songs you love in the car at full blast, to endlessly watching performances on repeat, there’s still nothing better than hearing your favorite artist perform right in front of your eyes, surrounded by fans who feel the same joy and happiness as you do. Concerts are what we cry to, what we scream to, what we love and breathe to and they make unforgettable lasting memories in our lives. The past few years have seen entire tour cancellations across the globe, but now, where life is finally coming back together, this year is already looking like it will be the comeback of global tours. Of course, with all the excitement comes chaos for ticket buyers, especially with Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour striking disaster throughout Ticketmaster.
When Swifties tried to get tickets on Nov. 15, “they were met with a litany of issues on the Ticketmaster website,” People reported. A lot of ticket buyers were kicked out of their website when the Verified Fan codes did not work or while others had secured tickets but still got kicked out “…of the process once they tried to check out”, says Karli Bendlin from People.
Whether you were somehow able to snag Taylor Swift tickets amidst all the madness, or are fighting to secure those coveted Beyoncé tickets, this year’s tours are going to create countless memorable nights of music. If you don’t want to miss the excitement (or have a severe case of FOMO) the list below includes a few tours already receiving a lot of buzz, spanning from February throughout the summer into the end of the year.
